How our pricing works.
The price shown in our calendar covers your stay on board the yacht — your private cabin, use of all facilities, bed linen, and everything listed. It does not include navigation.
For every day (or part of a day) in which the yacht is away from its home port of Castellammare di Stabia — whether sailing or moored elsewhere — a supplement of €275 applies. This covers the skipper's fee and fuel.
If for any reason the boat remains in a port other than Castellammare di Stabia — even without sailing — the supplement is still due, along with the mooring fee of that port.
Mooring fees are set and collected by each port authority — they are not included in our rates and must be paid directly at the port office on arrival. Please always carry cash — not all ports accept credit cards. Mooring at Castellammare di Stabia is free of charge.
We sail in the Mediterranean. The sea does not follow a schedule, and weather conditions can change. On days when it is genuinely unsafe or impractical to navigate, your skipper will say so — and on those days, no navigation supplement is charged.
This means that when your skipper recommends staying in port, he is not doing so for commercial reasons. Quite the opposite: by not sailing, he gives up his own earnings for that day. You can trust his judgement completely — it costs him, not you.
We believe this is the most honest way to run a sailing experience. The sea deserves respect, and so do you.
Payment schedule.
A deposit of 30% of the base rate is required to confirm your reservation and hold your dates. Free cancellation within 72 hours of booking. After 72 hours, the deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining 70% of the base rate is due 30 days before your arrival date.
The €275/day navigation supplement is paid in cash at the end of your journey, based on the actual days spent away from Castellammare di Stabia. Port fees are paid directly to each port authority on arrival — or occasionally just before departure from that port. Please note: cash is always required — not all ports accept credit cards.
No refund on the base rate. We recommend travel insurance for all bookings.
